WILDlings Event Series - Overcoming Challenges in the Workplace
9/17/2018
6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
#strongconfidentyou

The WILD community are in for a real treat, with a diverse panel session providing the opportunity to hear the synergies of Workplace challenges from the Financial markets to Rugby Field, as we discuss top tips for tackling common workplace challenges with authentic leadership, confidence, self awareness and reliance.

WILD is extremely privileged to have the support of CME Group who have kindly agreed to host the evening. CME Group have a longstanding strong commercial partnership with, and are proud sponsors of the Saracens Women's Rugby Team and we are thrilled to have members of the team and coaching staff on our panel. The Saracens Women's team recently defended their title and were crowned champions at the Women's Tyrells Premier 15s for the 207/18 season, securing the title for the 13th time. Quite an achievement when you consider the team aren't 'professional' and fit their rugby around their full time jobs!

Joining our Saracens panelist is Nick Bradley from Mandala Leaders, specialising in Business & Sports Leadership Coaching, presenting ‘Zero To Authentic Hero - the 7 key steps to become a true leader’ and dive deeper into how many of our behaviours are driven by sub-conscious beliefs.

Nick is also qualified in Sports Psychology In Business and separately is a qualified business and leadership coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Nick also supports ‘The 3 Pillars Project’ which promotes Exercise, Education and Ethos in young people by taking rugby into prisons.

This is sure to be a lively and motivating evening to get you thinking about workplace challenges in a new light.
