Elizabeth Cook, Founder and Owner of MiCat Group LLC and Board Member at CME Group since 2015

Ms. Cook has served as a member of the CME Group Board of Directors since 2015 and has been a member of the CME since 1983, starting her career in 1978 as a runner for Clayton Brokerage Inc. Ms. Cook is the founder and owner of MiCat Group LLC, a firm specializing in option execution services focusing on equities, FX and interest rates. She also serves as president of Lucky Star LLC, a commercial property management company. Ms. Cook is also on the board of Women in Listed Derivatives and Associated Colleges of Illinois. Her external activities include National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellow and completion of its Director Professionalism course, Private Directors Association, member of the Executives’ Club of Chicago Finance Forum, member of Business Executives for National Security, Ambassador of the Navy Seal Foundation, Ambassador for The ALS Association Greater Chicago Chapter and an active supporter of Honor Flight Chicago.
 
Cathy Clay, Executive Vice President, Global Head of Data & Access Solutions at Cboe Global Markets

Cathy leads Cboe Global Markets’ strategic initiatives for its analytics, index, data, access and execution services businesses. As the former CEO of LiveVol and co-founder and CEO of Thales, Cathy pioneered software solutions for quoting, trade execution and risk management. Coupled with her previous experience trading equity and index options, Cathy continues to create high-value offerings for market participants while integrating Cboe’s client-facing solutions.  At Cboe, Cathy knows the best ideas come from a diversity of viewpoints. By beginning her career as one of 12 women members on the ARCA trading floor, she also understands the importance of elevating minority voices within the financial services industry. Being a part of the WILD movement combines her passion for making finance more accessible and creating a more inclusive global marketplace even beyond gender diversity.
 
Katie Cleland, Global Head of Client Facing Middle Office at Société Générale

Katie Cleland joined Societe Generale in 2006 by way of Calyon and Newedge and has held a variety of Sr. leadership roles across IT and Operations.  She currently is the Global Head of the newly formed GBSU Listed Client Facing Middle Office for the MARK Prime Services Clearing business line. Katie has an extensive background in innovative technologies and prior to SG worked for several financial technology firms specializing in futures and options technology where she established a proven track record for the delivery of financial trading and clearing solutions.  Katie graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison; she has served as a board member for SG’s America’s Women’s Network, co-chairing the Leadership & Learning Division in Chicago and held the Vice President role on the national board of WILD, Women in Listed Derivatives, for 3 years.  
 
Ali Hackett, Chief Revenue Officer at Liquid X

Ali Hackett is the Chief Revenue Officer at LiquidX, a provider of technology solutions for working capital, trade finance, and insurance, where she is responsible for global strategy and execution of all revenue-generating activities including sales, marketing, and client services. Ali brings 30 years of experience in the financial services industry including a 20-year career at Citigroup where she rose to be the Co-Head of Global Prime Finance. More recently, Ali spent time at Fintech Thesys Technologies where she was Chief Revenue Officer, at the London Stock Exchange as the US Country Head, and at CME Group as the Global Head of Client Development and Sales.
 
Heather Munoz, Head of Digital Experience for Personal Investing at Fidelity

With her extensive experience in leading Software Development practices for financial technology organizations over the last 25+ years, Heather is passionate about building great teams with a strong focus on trust, transparency and changing the way development organizations grow products through diverse thinking and collaboration.  Today Heather is the Head of the Digital Platform Practice at Fidelity’s Personal Investing organization, holding primary accountability for development activities across Mobile and Website modernization initiatives. Currently, she is managing global teams across the East Coast and China primarily.
