Laughter is a natural medicine. It lifts our spirits and makes us feel happy. Laughter is a contagious emotion. Knowing Kim, you obviously know that her laugh is unbelievably infectious, and that she loves nothing more than a good laugh. Scientific studies have proven that a hearty laughter has a powerful and immediate strengthening effect on our immune system.
Kim has made us laugh many times, so we now want to return the favour.
Inspired by the ‘ice bucket challenge’ - the challenge here is that (instead of dumping ice water on your head) you need to record a video of yourself imitating Kim’s laugh and nominate others to do the same. Nominated participants either follow suit or forfeit by way of a charitable financial donation to colorectal cancer research to The Lisa Fund.
